it should be a given that you can't upload an already-started/finished product to any game jam. yes, reusing general coded systems that would otherwise be redundant to rebuild (such as menus or player movement set-ups) is perfectly fine, but simply copying and pasting an entire pre-existing game defeats the whole purpose of what a game jam is for.
