Thank you! I was able to play it. :) Fun game, and I liked the concept.
I have a few notes on improvements. Hopefully they are helpful.

First, I would have liked a more obvious goal of what I am trying to do. Am I trying to make civilizations? To make as many planets as possible? To make my system last as long as possible? There wasn't one specific goal, so I had a hard time picking which things to improve or upgrade in what order. If I had a single primary goal then it would help the player to strategize. Also, points weren't awarded at the end, so there wasn't really a way to tell how well I did on each "life" apart from looking at the stats...but there were so many of them and I wasn't sure which were the most important.

Second, the main thing that could really help the game is UI improvement. Little things like making the text larger and more readable, highlighting buttons when the mouse hovers over them, making a click noise when the player selects something. Oftentimes, I couldn't tell if I had selected something or clicked on something until I was out of currency. I also could BARELY read the text, and I have my resolution graphics set at 150%, which is quite enlarged.

Great game concept though, I'm sure it can be optimized!
