Pretty sure you have to have people "perish", you cannot get it from food stands. Id recommend letting NPCs in and not taking care of them, get to the church and unlock the one with teeth, then when a sinner perishes, harvest em and boom, you got food for your cannibal baby lol
You need to let someone die and also get the mouth thing I think it's called alternative food or something like that to harvest the meat of a dead person
