I’ve only been in three dungeons and I don’t know what to do past this please help me I don’t know where the mall is or where the merchant meet up is please help me

The mall is North of the Safe house, but South of the Syn Tech (If you hit the Top NE corner and walk South alongside the grass, you should find it.)  The merchant (who some say is best girl,) is the reward for beating the mall boss (who some say is best mommy.)
