Your save data can be found at the following location: C:\user\<user name>\AppData\LocalLow\Studio Skomb\SPOLOUS2\savedata.dat Sorry, but you'll need to manage the save data manually.
Another option you can use is to run SyncThing on the machines you play the game on, in order to sync the save data across those machines. I did that with Spolous EX on my Steam Deck, my laptop, and my desktop.
