in my scenario, she's under the control of Black, and in normal mode, she's not even close to being a psychopathic maniac, so yes, in my story, "Grenda" is a canon!!!

I understand it's your headcanon, your fantasy and hallucination, but the original Xeno and Nyanco mods aren't your personal story.

In the mod's actual lore, Wenda does act like a psychopath. Changing her character to fit your ship doesn't make it canon, it only makes it your fanfic.
