I found out how, idk if you need the newer version or not but just install the newer verison. After that get some arrows(you can get infinite money but clicking on the grass in the park, over and over again). Make it night time, then go shoot the billboard at the canyons. Then go to the park then use your stope pickaxe to crash the statue. Then thats it, you can figure the rest out.
