When ally triggers it, Naga is the one who takes 1 heat, and it can choose for ally to get both overshield and move 3 spaces? Because in our group we had an issue where wording is slightly ambiguous that it's ally who receives the overshield, but it's Naga who can move.
you may gain 1 heat to have them gain 1 OVERSHIELD and move 3 spaces
