I would be happy to still make a Community Post of extra entries like yours, and promote/mention it where possible.
So do submit your game! And although it would be disqualified, you'll still be allowed to rank other entries and leave comments that link to your own submission.
I ran a test from an account with a disqualified submission -- the disqualified game still showed up as a link when commenting on an existing submission's ratings page, which is also a great way to foster mutual feedback during the ratings period.
So "Disqualified" just means it doesn't appear in the final submissions list, and it can't be rated. No other penalties. But I'll also make a Community Post like the ones below and shout you out on stream and stuff so players know how to find your game.
