It's extremely overwhelming when starting. There's so many menus and options with so much text, it's not clear at all what to do. It's nice that you have a wiki but I don't want to read a whole manual when I start a new game.
I eventually found the buildings, and placed a few (forrest keep, saw mill, and 1 house), but nothing happened. Took another while until I found I can assign someone as builder. They built the house and sawmill first, and then there wasn't enough left for the forrest keep, so it seems like I justed got locked out of continueing the game.
