Use Proton-GE, and see if that changes anything. I use proton GE on my steam deck OLED and I’ve never crashed myself. Looking into everything though

Ive tried proton 10.0 and proton 9.0 and proton 11.0 neither work

Then try Proton-GE like I just suggested 💀

I wouldnt consider this to be and update having to do all this extra nonsense when the file before this ran with no issues, this is the opposite of an update....

Have you tried reading what I'm saying? I gave you a solution, this game isnt built for linux and i specifically specified in the download instructions to use Proton GE. You're just choosing to ignore it then start crying its not working.

He’s saying to use the other kind of Proton with “-GE” appended to it.

Im using gamehub there is no proton ge my guy and it worked with proton 10.0 before you updated it

Ah, GameHub, that changes things then.

Yeah well the last 3 updates worked fine

I don’t know if Gamehub lets you choose game versions from itch, or if you can have the itch (web) app on there. If so, there should be the manage option and for you to choose a different version of the game (I.e. switch version). I’m typing this on my phone so I can’t show pictures of how to do it.

How do you do that, that might work

crashes on windows os on steamdeck not sure why
