For safety reasons? League of Legends is a popular IP; I'm not sure what would happen with an NSFW fan game.
I can understand that however wouldn't drawing and creating a game with eh characters themselves be in violation of that anyways. I'm not sure making it nsfw would change that but I could be wrong.
