There is another unholy passage ending if you meet phobia before facing orchid.
Unless you cheated somehow, I don't think this is possible.
You can't get past the button enemy to enter the hive without the gun you get from killing orchid and you can't defeat the Hungry Zombie without the gun to go into Downtown.
