Hey there, I have a rule question regarding a weird interaction i found between the core power of the Rakshasa and the O'Trickery system from the Sluagh.

The Neuro-Hijack from the Rakshasa says that: "For the rest of the scene, whenever a hostile character within Sensors targets you with an attack and has another valid character to target, they must first pass a Systems save. On a failure, they cannot attack you and must choose a different target for that attack at +1 Difficulty."

And the invade from the O'Trickery system The Flight of the Crescent of Grey Birds says: "Until the end of the next round, if your target takes an action where you are a potential target, they must target you with that action."

So I was wondering what would happened if I putted this system on the Rakshasa. After a failed system save from the enemy would it be able to attack someone else or would it be stuck in an endless loop, effectively cancelling the attack?

Because flight specifies that they must target you, there are then no other valid targets so they attack you as normal and Neuro-Hijack does not activate.

Ok thanks, makes sens
