You've given me a lot of useful feedback, especially regarding the bottle mechanic, the item balance, the pacing of the story, and introducing the blue ghost earlier. Those are definitely things I'll keep in mind for future projects.
I also appreciate the encouragement at the end. This was my first game and my first game jam, so I'm treating it as a learning experience and I'll keep improving with each project.
