I once posted on Bluesky (not even twitter) and got a reply a few hours later.
Well here I still am. But yeah, perhaps more pressure on social media might make them take it seriously.
Out of curiosity which country are you from as i have a feeling it might be down to me being in the uk and due to all the new laws.
