A really good proof of concept here! ^^
That’s a term you don’t see very often around here, and seeing it tells me you’ve put thought into the foundation of the game and the design behind the mechanic.
The concept works really well, and I think it opens up so many possibilities to push the game design even further. There are so many interesting directions you could explore:
- Speedrun potential through precise timing and perfect dimension swaps.
- Switches that only exist in one dimension but create an impact in the other.
- Puzzles where the player has to think about both worlds at the same time.
The core idea is simple to understand but has a lot of depth, and that’s a very strong foundation for an indie game.
Keep up the great work! 😄 I’ll definitely be following this project and I’m excited to see how it grows and evolves.
