Please look into Steam's agreement - if I remember correctly, you're not legally allowed to price games less on other platforms. I'm not sure if it applies to sharing the game for free, but please look into this
yes，I have checked that already,and have asked steam customer service,that only influence “steamkey”,which means you cant re-sell them at lower price ,they cant manage other platforms
