OPT1 and 2 are different games. Porn and Cards is a spin-off game that sets up the story of OPT3 would recommend playing them all, great games (but if you were asking if OPT3 has chapters 1-3? I think that's where we are now, then yes! They are all in there and ready to play, but nothing for OPT1 or 2; you'll have to play those games for that content.
