I was vehemently repulsed by the head bobbing, the movement speed with the lack of a sprint button but for some reason, the existence of a crouch button. Game really pissed me off, but I was trudging through it because ironically, I had nothing better to do unlike the dev insisting otherwise at the end with his message. Anyway, holy shit, it's been so long, since a game genuinely unnerved and confused me in the best way possible. I am utterly immune to your typical shitty horror romp with cheap jump scares, lame puzzles and flat plot twists that don't add anything. Unfortunately, this demo is a rare example of hitting that nerve that really inspires fear and mortal confusion within me, and I expect it will remain that way, because good, exceptional horror inherently needs to be unexplainable, bewildering and ambiguous for me to genuinely enjoy it for the sum of its parts. Idk if the full game can live upto the dread that I felt, going up those stairs, having no idea where it's leading to. Reminded me of the good ol' days of PT. Additionally, it also reminded me of those fucked up ambiguous nightmares I have, where some otherworldly entity is trying to fuck with me, by perhaps introducing me to sodomization. I'm not fully certain about the last part, but that's a story for another day. Horror like this is novel and quaint, it's very hard to recreate, and to drag it for the full length of an actual game. Regardless, I implore you, Mr. Dev to accomplish it even then. Ciao Bella
Ah ah ah my friend, I have to say one of the best comment I have received...I guess. I will not introduce you to sodomization though, the platform would not like that. I know is a bit slow at walking...I am scared to introduce a sprint button, because it easily becomes a fidget; Gotta manage that. I am working on the final level, crazy stuff up ahead, really the head bob is that bad? PS: ciao Bella is referred to girls...but I take it, better than nothing
