I have tried to download and open the setup batch file but I am unsure on what I am doing wrong:

From the step 1 in your terminal, no python version is detected, this means that probably is not installed. You can try as workaround to type in a new terminal tab: `python`
If it's correctly installed it will appear something, otherwise a windows store page il loaded with the possibility to install it.
