The womb tattoo is an emmission map, which you could use as a mask in poi. It probably won't be available on the slider unless you make it the emmission on the poi material.
Basically, if you want to use Poi, you will need to figure out how you want the womb tattoo to work, either permanently on (easy option) or making it a slider by making your own custom animation setup for it.
