the physics works a bit weird, and the tutorial is a bit vague. the levels were also very similar to each other.

this game won one of GMTK's gamejames, is pretty similar to you, and the game design there is very good. i think you can learn somethings for it.

when you turn into the liquid and then release it moves you a bit to the left, when you turn into the liquid your gravity changes which feels weird, and also when you release the key to go back to normal, if you were liquid for a bit of time before the release you just go flying down which feels really weird. that's what come up to my mind. hope that helps!
btw, i very like and admire your push to get feedback for your game and what causes that feedback, that's some good playtesting bullshit. good job!
