None of the NPCs in my game appear above a rating of "Kinda Cute" even if they fit multiple of my characters preferences. Could somebody share a full list of the attractiveness levels and please tell me if this is a known bug?

Isn't a bug just how the new turn on /off mechanic works, you set some of the turn on as "Must Have" or "Very Important"?
