Hello. Do you have access to an emulator to test the HDF version? You say the app loads the screen mode window fine? It reports nothing during the sanity check as the loading bar progresses? After you choose a mode, it comes up with the splash screen and quits, or it quits before the new screen mode appears?
Always start with the lowest screen mode, 320 x 256. Make sure NewPubScreen from the tools folder is in C. Remove any non-commodore display drivers from Sys: devs/monitors, such as Picasso, P96, Cybergraphics, UAE. The app is not compatible with RTG.
Let me know if any of this helps.

Thanks for quick reply.
It quits just after the splash-screen has come up. After like 2-3 seconds.
Tried with lowest setting 320x256, same problem.
Have checked that no non-commodore drivers are in the devs/monitors.
NewPubScreen is in C.
I get a message in loading bar progress saying that asl must be V40+ but my asl.library in C is version 47.9.
Yeah, i tried the HDF-version and that did work. But i want to use the install-folder on my real A1200.
edit:
Checked with snoopdos and it says fail on the font Condensed60 (but install.here says it found the font)
and the last thing it says fail on is Graphicdesigner/appPrefs/ap write fail
Issue resolved: Created a drawer in GraphicDesigner-drawer with the name AppPrefs and voilá it works now :)
