I have a quick question regarding the music festival competition. Is it acceptable to submit an instrumental track (music without vocals), or is having lyrics/vocals a mandatory requirement?
Yes it is acceptable (and expected most likely) to submit an instrumental track only, vocals are not a requirement at all - there is nothing listed in the requirements that says that there needs to be lyrics and vocals.
