Try opening SteamVR settings, show the advanced tab and ensure Current OpenXR Runtime is currently set to SteamVR.
Same issue, didnt fix it
It was already set to SteamVR. Stll can't get it to open in VR.
Flat screen menu is blocked by what looks like jumbled body parts.
