-is this abandoned?
yes, for now do not expect anything, the discord seems silent about this project. but i left the discord about 4 weeks ago and didn't took care to peek at any news since Mai.....
-anything that will spin-off this project?
Creature Town!!! it's the new project of RalivDev and seems pretty interesting due to it's coop features while "intimate moments" keep the fact it's a project rather than a full dedicated game. it's like testing mechanics for the future, which means we could maybe see new updates!!!! for Archipelagates!!!
-is there any benefit to motivate Raliv to continue this project?
absolutely!!!. I believe this core is the perfect base for a nice game like vintage story? or any craft/survival game. BUT for adults and not like the simulators that cost 50 $ on steam. or slop ai or scams i see nowadays.
-is Raliv active? why not progress on the projects and give some updates on what is going on?
well... like everyone as a solo dev. hard to just blow the dust off and just pretend everything is fine. life goes on and work and economy worse than ever, but i am sure Raliv will not give up and vanish for this long.
