Thanks a lot for the feedback! The game jam challenge was indeed a serious one. Once I managed to create the one-button control system, I decided to build on top of it with some puzzle mechanics.
The zoom idea is a really good point. Now I wish I had added a zoom option in the menu as well. Unfortunately, the time limit caught up with me, but I agree that an animation for the bird (which is actually a duck 😄) and some interesting sounds when landing would definitely have added some extra flavor to the game.
