It seems like I'm unable to attack the transphobes, jumping on them doesn't work and I haven't found a way to use the laser yet

you have two ways to attack transphobes.With Mouse: Left mouse click (Shoot), Right mouse click (attack)
Gamepad : R1 (Shoot), Button West (attack)
