What can i say... absolute cinema..
the feelings in this were so raw and real. i was invested from start to finish.
It rly brought back memories of being in school... being mentally ill and having scars and most people don't want to touch you, and those that do keep you because you make them feel better about themself. because they know you are a punching bag who won't fight back and when you snap and fight back you're just the worst!!! Harmony's character was really really fantastic.
Being a kid who's suffering mentally and having everyone around you making it about how it affects them... Whether they're making you feel guilty for how much effort it is trying to help you, or for how much they just want the old you, or because they feel like its their fault and you make them feel bad for that, or because you are getting all of this special attention and it's not fair because why don't I get that attention!! Poor Caitlyn. Everyone wants something from her she can’t give.
And the artwork is so lovely!! The traditional artwork, the textures, the colour, so gritty but also so cute. the emotions and atmosphere really came through. Loved the writing style too especially the dialogues/inner monologues. the character writing was so strong
Also the nice boat made me smile so big. and the music choices.
i chose 'down' but then i also went back and chose 'up' just to get the full Experience.
