i reccomend you look ino Vroid studio and reforge youtube channel it has a lot of ressources on how to use those models in unity
I know vroid. I'm not using it because I wanna have an in game character editor. Vroid license does not allow using their assets to built your own character creator. You can only use the final exported characters, not the building blocks.
