Really enjoying this game after the previous one. I did see you post about maybe adding a gallery, and I really hope it works out! I was also happy to see Lita again, and I hope the other girls will make appearances in the future (I'd be curious to see the previous protag in her corrupted form! The detail on her was amazing)! Maybe even our beloved corrupted scientist, too. :P
Some odd thoughts:
- I loved the corrupted game over details with the embracer and the mesmer, because it looks like Luci has started to change from the corruption?
- Loving Seya, btw! I'm hoping she gets a bigger role in the future.
- Also love the Mesmers you added! I think it worked out really nicely, moving the Blood Reavers to the forest instead.
- As far as the distorted sewers went with the color puzzle, I think it was a bit complicated, personally? It was starting to get frustrating, having so many areas to look through, so many dead ends and multiple switches. I also had to go through the embracer area to get to a switch (I read it's random or something with every new game, how the lights puzzle works? So I'm not sure if that's something that always happens), and it made that part really difficult. Ultimately, I'm not much of a puzzle person, and I think the forced puzzle and their difficulty definitely impacted my enjoyment.
- The lighting in every area of the game is honestly awful. It definitely affects the overall experience, and the lighting in this game is worse than the previous one. I realize dim lighting is probably what you're going for, but I would personally recommend either making it optional to brighten it or just brighten it overall.
- The shop lady reminded me that I'm still curious about the blue-haired lady that looks very similar to her in the last game... Any chance we'll learn more about the one from the previous game? She seemed like she was sort of in charge of things, at least from the monster side (and she was there in the previous game's game over screen, too).
- I love the new world setup! It's a very different vibe from the laboratory, but it's just as eerie - just another kind of eerie.
- More angles during the sex scenes would be great. They're all fixed right now and decided automatically, but I loved the freedom BLab had with it.
Verdict is that I definitely see myself following and loving this game, I just have a few gripes with it that I hope you're willing to put into consideration for future updates. I know this game is still a work in progress, but I'm happy to be here to watch it play out!
