Some thoughts on SSRs:
- give them some unique tags and like a dialogue intro and maybe each one has like a lore thing for a faction
- if u dont want a whole mech overhaul - like if SSR rolls ghost step, it gets "shadow" or something and its double effective
Would also like to see a map of the districts!
