It was a location right after the guy with knife (there the player trade fork for knife). Game did start stuttering right after the player entered that location (there the MC found the USB stick and chasing start after that).
It strange, but i just tested that place once again, and everything is fine now. I tried to solve the problem few times before and nothing did help.
