just curious, are there meaningful choices? i actually hope not (i'd rather just read both and never worry about that again, plus the extra work for developers, which was a "problem" with you other game), but i'm curious if stuff like choosing a winner over the other actually does something later on lol
To add on to what g00fygooner (great name) said, side characters are also optional, and choosing whether or not to opt in to some of them can also affect things, but not to any huge degree. For example, one of Aida's scenes has some extra content if you're on Millie's route at the time, but it's otherwise the same scene.
Whether or not you can move the pic around depends on whether you have "Gallery performance mode" enabled in the settings. However, if you're talking about the three sets of tits pic, I think that one is bugged in 0.4.4 unfortunately. Fixed for 0.5.
