Yes, but I do not have access to a pc right now, so this won't be the most accurate.
If you go back to where you opened main.json, there should be a file titled "01" or something similar. Open this file in notepad, and look for a pie of code labeled "health" or "hp" or something similar. Look for a set of numbers near it, eg: 90/90 or something similar. Adjust it to something like 9999/90, and it should work. Alternatively, go down to the item list (It will contain stuff like "chocolate_bar"), and copy whatever items are there and paste them multiple times for infinite items.
*EDIT: This DOES NOT work. Unfortunately, there are no ways to get infinite health*
