this is a codec issue. You'll need to download the ' gst-plugins-good' codec, as steamdeck runs on linux and apparently its not downloaded by default. Give it a try and let me know if it works.
I don’t know how to do that. I googled and tried a few things but none of it worked. I might just have to suck it up and buy it directly on steam instead of through itchio and hope it works that way 😅
