How so? Are you not able to join?
Has to be a problem with your loader if not even the game is open. Check your launcher. Make sure you have java 1.20.1 and forge ver 47.4.10-47.4.21. if that still doesn't work make sure you have java 8. For me, I use prism launcher, it's a good launcher and easy for you to set up a modded instance of the game. When you create a instance, first play it with no mods and make sure it at least gets to the main menu, then add all the mods from the mods.zip file on the Google docs. If that still doesn't work tell me and il see.
are you playing on pc? if so try updating gpu drivers from source. not a windows update.
another thing that might work is going into your instance forder, and go to the config folder and delete the folder or file for twilight forest.
make sure you have 4-6gb of ram allocated and install a newer version of jave (java 17 or java 21)
To download newer versions of java just search up something along the lines of "java 21 download" . Since your playing on a laptop and can't access your Microsoft account, I recommend using a different launcher that supports ely.by accounts. The server will accept cracked and official accounts. Ely.by accounts offers skins instead of the normal default Steve skin. I think a good one is PineconeMC. Or again you can just set up a offline account on a different launcher that does not need a Microsoft account. My discord account is in the document I've provided if you want to talk on there. Search Google for "Java 17 download Windows".
Download the Windows installer and run it.
Once it is installed, restart your laptop and try launching the game again.
if it still crashes after installing Java 17, I'll need to see the actual error log. Go to your .minecraft folder, open the crash-reports folder, and send me the newest text file on Discord
