Finished playing this awesome visual novel a few weeks ago.
My gosh, one of the best ever furry VNs out there which I'd probably recommend to anyone who considers story as the most crucial element in a visual novel.
SPOILERS ALERT
I was devastated by the ending, watching everyone you love (especially your beloved husband, Loken) fading away slowly, as the romantic music background (Ashes) sets in, god, I couldn't stop crying.
The atmosphere and the whole plot was overall a masterpiece, you hardly ever find a furry visual novel with such strong theme and balanced action.
The soundtrack was top notch, and I admire the effort put for composing them by the author himself.
Despite all the positive aspects, I would like to kindly critisice about the ending. From my personal point of view, I believe the ending was slightly rushed, since it left me with some questions:
1- What happened to the Automonks? Did they have a part in all the chaos caused by The Demons?
2- Did Alex eventually go after the evil power of Glitch, since Byte nor Loken are there to prevent him? Or was it all for the sake of Draconi?
3- The story going suddenly 4 months forward in time after the events of Soulcreek probably dropped details that would help shape the ending in a more solid fashion.
And, I really wished the game eventually ended in Loken's warm embrace, but that's just me :)
