Thank you for letting me know. It seems like the Japanese input is not working for this family name, and it's also confusing if people copy and paste from the website, as it doesn't take in Family + First name with a space in between.
Right now for 0.3 the English names work. I've made a carrd for the possible responses to avoid spoiling others in case

Edit: Wait... I think originally, the family name wasn't accepted because he wasn't referred to by that. Hmm...
