“It’s pouring down there” is an impressive short horror point-and-click, especially considering it was made in just 20 days for a MAGS competition. The pixel art is beautiful, and the sound design perfectly matches the dark, sinister mood of both the visuals and the story. You are dropped right into the environment without any prior background story, which honestly fits the mysterious concept nicely. My only minor critique is that a few of the puzzles felt a bit illogical and difficult to figure out, but overall, it’s an atmospheric experience that is well worth playing!
