about the difficult that the knightstar80 below said, why didnt you go to the way some hard hackroms do and make healing and capturing mons easy so the player (and you as a dev) can focus on the battle? like autoheal after every battle, things like that, i think this can be a good idea/road to take if you want to make a H hard pokemon game, also im really hyped to see that "working hard" in development log
If you do get to play it please let me know what you think! I might at least make capturing mons a LOT easier since that is honestly a nightmare but I didn't find the battles so hard I needed to heal each time. Since you get to out level most of the fights from the getgo you have an advantage but I'll see what I can do! Maybe I'll provide the player with a special item they can use to heal after each battle.
Also thank you for appreciating the art! I was getting a lot of negative comments on the art lmao but it's honestly super motivating and tells me where I need to improve!
