I have changed the way images with visual effects are loaded. As I cannot check whether this resolves the issue, and as I am not experiencing any problems myself, I hope this change will fix the error that you and your acquaintance are encountering.
no change but it is ok. if it works for others then don't stress about it. the problem seems to be fom my end,Maybe I will find a solution.
