Hi there! By "I am using Unity 2022.3.62f3 URP" do you mean the version of the asset or version of unity editor in your project?

Because when you import the A+ Grass shader it is using by default the 6000.3f+ version and so these are the exact/expected errors upon importing if you are in a 2022 Unity Version. You need to head into 4ydam/A+Grass/Versions and double click on "A+Grass_v2022+" .package and import it to replace the default 6000.3 version, which should override everything and the errors should resolve themselves!
