I really like the concept for this game. I think that the mechanic of grafting different plants is incredibly unique and can lead to a lot of fun and challenging gameplay as you try to discern what kind of plant you have to develop for a specific environment. It sounds like it would have a good difficulty curve as the game progresses which is always a good thing.
