I found a list of all the items and when/where to pick them up and for picture 29 out of 30 should be the red donut pool tube in the medical office and for some reason it brought up picture 28 which I already had. There's seemingly no way for me to obtain the last image gallery image I need to finish it all which is number 29 (5th picture on page 2).
