You get it from Parvati after the 'West Theospolis' spirit nest. You can use Subu's Master Key at Theospolis Slums (Wooden house in the top right corner) :)
It's the scene that automatically plays when you complete the west theospolis spirit nest. If you've already completed it you should have the 'Master Key' in your key items inventory
