Emma looked like a bland mess before this update buddy, jen has subtle differences and the remake was for the games own good, try reading the dev log before you go on a rant abt a "masterpiece", and thats if you CAN read which I highly doubt.
Emma DID look bad in the og version, but that was an artstyle issue and not a character design issue. most characters in the og looked phenomenal, but occasionally you'd have someone whose face looked odd, notably Kana and Emma
