If you can log in to itch.io, all your purchased apps are listed at https://itch.io/my-collections. If you bought as a guest, you can download the latest version from the link in your purchase confirmation email. Once downloaded, just launch the new version. Your save data is stored separately from the app, so you can safely delete the old version.
